Area Sales Manager – Commercial Ventilation
Role
This is a field-based Area Sales Manager position focusing on selling their range of high-quality commercial ventilation products, including heat recovery units, bespoke air handling units, and associated solutions.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E (mechanical) contractors across the designated region.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to uphold and convert consultant specifications and secure design and build contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from project tracking and tender processes to contract award.
- Deliver product presentations, support marketing initiatives, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
The role offers flexibility with a combination of field-based and home working arrangements. A strong, high-performing territory generates significant business, presenting excellent earning potential.
Location
The designated territory includes London, South Central and the Southwest, covering areas such as Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, West London, and surrounding regions.
The successful candidate must reside the territory.

- Technically Capable: Willing to learn and understand technical products, with prior experience in ventilation or mechanical systems being advantageous but not essential.
