This role will be selling the company’s full range of flat roofing solutions – including membranes, liquid roofing, acrylic products & waterproofing membranes together with associated accessories. This role will be selling via specification into a mixture of Roofing Surveyors and Architects, generating specifications then following projects through via the specialist roofing sub-contractors. Products are then supplied via distribution which is managed by a separate team who you will work closely with. 80% of the projects are refurbishment whilst 20% into newbuild. Typical projects include – schools, leisure centres, shopping centres & high-rise buildings etc. There are active projects on the territory to manage however lots of potential for new business. The area will include a heavy London focus but include some work in the surrounding home counties.
