You will be tasked with selling the full range of domestic heating products. You will be selling to the merchant partners such as City Plumbing Supplies, Williams, Tucker French, MP Moran, Wolseley, UKPS; plus the Buying Groups PHG, Fortis, IMBG, IPG. You will be promoting products, managing POS, training trade counter staff, speaking with contractors (current spilt is 90% merchants & 10% contractors), arranging and attending trade mornings and finding new sales opportunities. You will take on full responsibility for the accounts and their sales development and growth. You will be responsible for the budget within the region. Expected calls 48 + per month (including cold-calls, appointments, and trade mornings) – circa 1 or 2 nights away per month.
The region you will manage is the South East of England which includes East Anglia and across to Oxford and down to Brighton including London. My client is flexible on where you reside within the patch just as long as you are open to travelling.

My client is looking for a hungry and driven salesperson who is comfortable walking into a branch and building relationships with trade counter staff. My client would ideally want someone from a Plumbing & Heating background, and this could be either branch based or a current area sales manager.
