You will be selling my clients full range of heavyside products including; Aggregates, Landscaping and Decorative Surfacing. You will be selling heavily into Independent Merchants & Buying Groups such as; IBC, NBG and Fortis. You will spend a small amount of your time selling to Contractors to generate demand. There will be an element of Account Management in this role. Covering the North of England between Birmingham and Newcastle. This region is performing very well for the business however there is still lots of opportunity for growth.
My client are an established and reputable manufacturer of heavyside products. With a varied portfolio from Landscaping, Aggregates and more they always exceed all of their customers expectations. Having invested heavily into the business over recent years they continue to go from strength to strength. With national coverage and many long relationships within suppliers they have created a lasting customer base as well as continuing to develop new business.
The ideal candidate for this position would have a background within Landscaping or Aggregates however a stand out individual from the traditional heavyside arena would also be considered. Experience of managing an external sales region alongside selling into Builders Merchants is essential for this role.
