You will be selling the full range of products which has a number of benefits and advantages. You will spend 60% of your time with Installers and smaller sized contractors creating demand. The purpose of this is to build the relationships and create the need. 40% of your time is spent with National and Independent Merchants. Merchant partners including Plumbase, Tucker French, Buttles, Gibbs & Dandy, Henlow Building Supplies, Ridgeons, New City Heating, Plumbstock, Wolseley, Graham. The area is compact but very busy & vibrant, it is covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.

You will be on the “upward curve” with lots of energy and drive. You will be able to demonstrate good sales competency. Although selling within the Heating / Plumbing sector is a benefit, it isn’t crucial, they would much prefer the right person. Someone who has experience of selling through Specification / Contractors is ideal as an important aspect of this assignment is someone who understands the value of selling to the decision maker.
