This is an excellent role selling the companies manufactured range of Timber products that are varied & extensive. Selling 100% into Merchants with the particular focus being on the independent builders & timber merchants as well as Buying Groups. Although there will be some involvement at individual branches the real involvement will be with Regional Directors/Senior Managers of Nationals or at head office procurement level with smaller Multi Branch Independent Merchants. There is lots of established business but always room to develop new accounts. Most of the work on the area will be more South Eastern based but as you will be responsible for the whole of the South there could be some nights away.

My client is looking for a sharp, dynamic, energetic sales person who has sold either Timber Products or a heavy Side Building product through the Independent Merchant & Buying Group sector. You need to be a good networker & possess strong commercial skills. They are looking for more than just an account manager as a key part of this role will be to negotiate and influence senior management within the customer base. Ideally based more towards the South East as opposed to the South West. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading company.
