Selling the companies range of high performance & innovative timber boards that can be used in a variety of applications that include Timber Frame, External Cladding, Roof & Floor insulation & Interior Fit out. Initially the role is heavily leaning towards focusing on Distribution but also some involvement with Specification/Contractors & End Users. Due to investment they are looking to recruit 2 sales professionals – 1 in the South West/South Wales area the other in East Anglia & Home Counties. A high percentage of the role involves creating the demand at the front end whilst then back selling through an established network of Distributors.

My client is seeking high quality, driven sales people who are able to show success and understanding of selling full cycle. Ideally a timber background would give you a strong advantage but not essential, if you have sold through s distribution base but also created demand at the front end that is a huge benefit irrespective of product background. You need to be bright, articulate, dynamic, motivated with a structured approach.
