    Business Development Manager – Fenestration products

    Role

    This exciting opportunity will see you selling the companies range of Louvres, Facades & Brise Soleil products mainly through specialist contractors. These could include Facade & Envelope Contractors both national & regional as well as a small amount of Architects. The role involves a lot of demand creation at the front end with the Contractor, there is a lot of established business on the area and although specifications are important the need to win orders with Contractors is crucial. Dealing with everyone from Buyers, QS & Estimators. Based from home you will have responsibility for the North East, Scotland, Northern & Southern Ireland. Targeting new build & refurbishment commercial projects. You will be expected to spend maybe 1 week a month in Ireland.

    My client is looking for a sharp, bright, tenacious, dynamic sales person who has experience in the Facade / Fenestration / Curtain Walling background. You need to be very capable in terms of Contractor involvement but equally adept when dealing with any specifiers.
