Business Development Manager – Housebuilders

Role

This role is working for a manufacturer of concrete and precast products that suit the new build sector. Based on this you will target housebuilders directly, both regionals and nationals such as Barrett Homes, Persimmon, Crest Nicholson, Lovells, Mulberry etc. You will aim to supply direct to site and have various other offerings within the business. Fairly technical role dealing with designs and technical drawings. Role has fallibility throughout the South of the UK.

Innovative business who offer a wide variety of services and supplying a modern range of precast solutions. Common projects would consist of Newbuild, Domestic Dwellings etc.

Person

My client is looking for an individual with experience in selling to housebuilders. This would be a benefit if it was selling direct however not essential. My client is also keen on individuals with drive and hunger.
