    Business Development Manager – KBB Furniture


    As a result of my clients continued growth they are seeking to recruit a high calibre BDM to have responsibility for National & Regional Housebuilders at head office / regional level such as the likes of Mount Anvil, Berkeley Homes, Countryside, Crest Nicholson, Redrow, Bellway, Persimmon, Linden / Bovis, Taylor Wimpey, Barratt / DWH, Cala, Miller, McCarthy & Stone, St Modwen, MACE & CWC. This person will be focusing on London & the South East and involve selling the full range of quality bedroom and bathroom furniture (vanity units, walk in wardrobes etc).  The company have developed a superb reputation over the last 5 years and this has enabled them to grow their market share through the House Builders. They have a very pro-active approach and win many plots due to the superb service and quick supply they can offer in the South East.

    My client is looking for a high calibre sales professional who is at the top of their game in relation to their experience with national & Regional Housebuilders. You need to be a lively structured personality with a huge amount of substance and credibility within the KBB / House Building arena. Also it is important to be a strong presenter and negotiator and possess good skills at managing a CRM system at a good level. It would also be an advantage if you had a reasonable understanding of contracts – Retention, LADs, Cross contract set off etc. Must have a proven hunter ethos and track record. Job stability is also crucial
