    Business Development Manager – Louvres/Solar Shading

    Role

    In this exciting & challenging role you will be selling the companies range of Louvres & Brise Soleil but also natural window ventilation, dampers, sound absorbing Ventilation & Plennem Box attachments. The main focus is targeting Façade, Envelope & Fenestration Contractors , you will still need to be aware of dealing with some Architects & Consultants. Although there is a lot of established business on the area the potential for new projects & business is vast. Although specifications are important the need to win & break specifications with Contractors is the crucial part of the role. You will work to structured targets & objectives. Following projects through to Contractors is crucial as the company see it is fast moving sector and immediate orders are paramount rather than just solely building a healthy specification bank. All focus will be on new build & refurb commercial projects. The area goes from West Midlands across to East Anglia and then down into the Northern Home Counties touching the top of the M25.

    My client is looking for a quality sales person with Fenestration or Envelope/Facade experience. You need to be a bright sharp, dynamic, hungry , technically competent sales person who has experience of dealing or communicating with Contractors with the need to be aware of the full cycle sale process.
