The company provide repairs & maintenance to thousands of home owners via Affordable Housing through leading Social Housing providers. You will target mainly new opportunities which will include Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Social Housing Providers. The company get involved in Retro-Fit and Upgrades.
This role is attending industry events, being proactive on LinkedIn and seeking new prospects. A typical project value will run for 5 years and be worth £7m. The region you will manage is London & the South East.

You will be a hungry & driven salesperson who is dynamic and forward thinking in your approach. You will work within Heating currently, but more essential you will be selling into Councils, Local Authorities and Housing Associations. You could work for a manufacturer now, but my client is also very happy to meet candidates from a merchant background just as long as you are specification focused.
