An exciting, well established territory in the Yorkshire / North East area has arisen for a leading Manufacturer of Roofing systems. The products are predominately Liquid and are used in flat roofing applications, together with balconies, terraces and walkways. This role will be selling purely into specification – such as Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Surveyors , Contractors and a tiny amount of Architects. This role will be dealing heavily with Refurbishment projects with a small amount of involvement in New Build projects, but this is minimal. Within this role you will be expected to conduct surveys so it does involve climbing on Roofs. The territory is Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Durham, Cumbria and all of Yorkshire.

My client is looking for a quality sales professional from within the RCI sector who can demonstrate success in selling through specification. Whilst roofing is advantageous, my client will consider closely related products – cladding and insulation for example – as long as you can show you have sold through specification either Refurb or New Build. You need to be energetic, enthusiastic, technically competent and have the drive and desire to develop a territory.
