Due to expansion this innovative, market leading company are recruiting a Business Development Manager for London & the South East. The company manufacture an extensive range of Traffic Management Products such as Electronic signage equipment ( GO/Stop signs, Chevron signs, Speed signs, safe school signs, rail & motorway stop lights/flashing signals )& Electric vehicle charging products. As BDM you will be responsible for winning specifications through Local Authorities, Highways Agencies, Consultants & Civil Engineer Contractors. The area has a lot of National agreements in place with Tier 1 Contractors such as Volker Highways , Highways England & Amey for example but there is room for negotiating new agreements & specifications with London Boroughs. You need to be based as close to the M25 as possible as the role has a particular focus on London.

My client is looking for a bright, sharp, articulate sales person who can demonstrate success in selling a solution to Local Authorities, Highways Agencies and Infrastructure Contractors. Ideally you will possess a Highways/Traffic Sector background but if not success in dealing with the customers listed is fine. You need to be a hungry, enthusiastic, driven, salesy individual who has the ability to sell a solution.
