You will sell the full range of Bathroom products to include Furniture, Bathroom Suites and Brassware. This position is working in the Commercial space where you will engage with Schools, Hospitals, Universities, Care Homes etc via Architects and Specifiers. You will be charged with breaking and protecting spec’s with Architects, but also Value Engineering projects against the competition. You will also manage the Contractor process with Main Contractors, M&E Contractors and seeing this through to Key Distributors such as Neville Lumb. The area you will manage is the South East with a focal point in / around London.

You will be a strong Specification sales person with good experience of managing projects in London. You will have experience of Value Engineering on Specifications. My client is open on product, naturally a Bathrooms background is advantageous but other product groups such as Flooring, Ceramics, Partioning will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
