    KBB Manufacturer – Key Account Manager : National Housebuilders

    Key Account Manager – Housebuilder Sector
    Location: London, Kent, Essex, Herts, Beds, Bucks, Oxon, Northants, Cambs, Suffolk
    Basic Salary: £50,000–£60,000
    On Target Earnings: £60,000–£70,000 (Including Annual Bonus)

    A leading UK manufacturer in the kitchen and bathroom sector is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to focus on the private development market. The role involves selling a complete range of kitchen solutions and accessories into national and regional housebuilders, including some of the UK’s most recognised names in the new build sector.

    The successful candidate will inherit a strong portfolio of existing accounts and will be expected to manage and grow these while also targeting new business opportunities. The role involves working closely with design, commercial and buying teams at the regional office level to secure specifications for new build developments.

    Person

    The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and results-driven sales professional with experience in the housebuilder or new build sector.

    • Background in KBB, interiors, or another design-led product is strongly preferred

    • Will also consider candidates from heavyside or P&H sectors if they can demonstrate strong sales performance and motivation to move into a more aesthetic product range

    • Proven track record of commercial success – including growth figures, key wins, and major accounts

    • Comfortable working with CRM platforms (this team uses Monday.com)

    • Must be proactive, structured, and tenacious in approach

    • Open on age and background – attitude, hunger and results matter most

    You will be part of a national KAM team and report into an experienced and commercially focused management team.
