Yet another vacancy that is a result of growth & ambition. The company are manufacturers of a range of Heating & Plumbing products and vary from Testing equipment to necessary accessories. This role is looking after selected Merchants nationally and will be decided dependent on the candidates experience and contacts. The involvement will be at Head Office level and will involve setting up terms, rebates + supply chain agreements , the number of accounts you will have responsibility for will increase as the role develops. It will be imperative that you communicate any deals in place to the regional merchant sales teams and at Branch level. The revenue that your accounts generate will increase once you are able to establish a greater presence at Head Office level. Although this is a National role it is imperative that you are based in the Midlands or the very top of the Northern Homes Counties.
The company are a rapidly expanding market leading business, operating within the Heating, Plumbing, Building and Electrical resale markets. The business supplies a large range of consumable products to national, regional, local and export customers.
My client is looking for an individual that understands the merchant channel. Ideally you would be from Heating or Plumbing and can demonstrate success and experience in dealing with the national Merchants. They would even consider a sales person in a regional role with strong experience selling to the merchants who is keen for a step up as long as you are from the Heating & Plumbing sector. They are looking for an articulate, sharp, commercially astute sales person who can build strong & lasting relationships. Location is key.
