This is focused on managing 1 large National House Builder account. You will ensure relationships are strong with key personnel; You will communicate with procurement right the way up to senior directors managing the supply chain. You will build the relationships with all the different offices throughout the North. This role is purely focused on stabilizing and growing the account. 50% of the offices are currently lapsed accounts so this account has great potential for growth. The region you will manage is the Midlands upto and Including Scotland. (You should expect 1 overnight stay per week)

You will be an exceptional account manager with a proven track record is nurturing and growing sales. You will have good exposure of selling to Developers / Housebuilders. Please not you do not need to have key account management experience, just experience of selling into developers / Housebuilders.
