National Sales Manager – Roofing Materials
As the National Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of five Area Sales Managers (ASMs), focussing on driving performance and achieving sales targets. This position is pivotal in managing and growing relationships with Roofing Merchants, Builders Merchants, and Buying Group Members, where most agreements are already established.
Your time will be split approximately 70% on managing and directing the sales team and 30% on hands-on account management, focusing on nurturing key relationships with strategic accounts.
