In this high profile management role you will be responsible for looking after 6 ASM’s and be responsible for multi-million pound turnover. Company manufacturer a range of specialist sealants used within the Glazing, Facades and Fenestration sector targeting installers, applicators and specialist distributors. You will set targets and motivate sales team to achieve the agreed goals. Mentor the field sales team involving coaching, monitoring performance and joint customer visits. Required to generate product specifications and track via CRM system. Role will report into the MD who will give you support, infrastructure and investment to meet ambitious growth plans.

Must be a strong man-manager (5 years minimum working for a manufacturer). Ideal person will have done a similar role i.e NSM / Head of Sales – possibly look at a Regional Sales Manager if managed a large sales team. Someone with knowledge within the Sealants/Glazing/Window sector would be ideal.
