This Sales Management role will give you the responsibility of managing 2 external specification executives as well as 2 internal specification individuals. The team will be selling the companies full range of Automatic Doors, Revolving Doors, Sliding Doors, Swing Doors, Commercial Windows/Glazing, Glass Partition Walls and Access Control. Your role will be based 2 days a week in the office working closely with the internal specification team who will be supporting your external team, the rest of the time you will be in the field, customer facing, winning specifications. You and your team will be focusing on winning specifications with Architectural practices as well as Design & Build Contractors. End Users such as banks, Building Societies, Supermarkets etc are also a big part of the projects you will be involved in. This is a National management role but you cannot be based in the extremes such as South West & Scotland. Ideally you will be centrally based in the UK, giving you access to the office.

This could be from within any construction product sector but it will give you an advantage if you have an envelope background. They are also prepared to consider very high calibre specification sales individuals who have the ability to be a sales manager. You need to be based as centrally as possible in the UK.
