This role is working for a leading supplier of civil products. This role is 80% management of the northern sales team of 5 Area Sales Managers. The rest of the time will be spent managing a few key and high profile accounts. You will be responsible for motivating, encouraging, training & developing the sales team who manage regional accounts of contractors & end users. You will manage and be responsible for a multi million pound region. The role covers from Birmingham North including Scotland.
