This exciting and challenging management role will see you have total responsibility for a team of Business Development Managers. You and your team will be selling the companies range of Structural products. The main target customer base will be specification with Architects & House Builders but also following projects through Main & Sub Contractors. Your main function will be to manage, coach, target and develop the sales team. Currently it is a small team but you will also be given the support and investment to grow the team. There will be a healthy element of dealing with customers so it is essential you are a customer facing sales manager and not used to working behind the scenes. Together with managing and supporting the sales team, other duties include – Key Account Management, Managing project database/pipelines, leading all office recruitment, managing local relationships with key suppliers and customers. You need to be commutable to the office so be based London / Northern Home Counties.

My client is looking for a sharp, ambitious individual with man management experience within specification sales. You must possess experience dealing with Architects/Developers & Contractors alongside experience managing a sales team. It is also crucial that you come from a structural product background. The successful candidate also needs to be based very accessible to North London & the Northern Home Counties.
