This management role will see you have responsibility for 3 external sales representatives. You will be charged with ensuring they follow the strategy, objectives and achieve targets set by yourself. Working closely with your team you will ensure they are focused and managing projects from conception to completion as well as dealing with any on site issues that arise throughout the projects. The company sell a comprehensive range of Passive Fire products but also get involved in the Installation as a contractor as well. You will be installing passive fire products on Doors, Walls, Cavity Barriers, Structural Steel, hoardings etc.
You will in the main be dealing with Main contractors & smaller sub-contractors, however you will also deal with specifiers tendering for projects, these specifiers could range from Facility Managers, High Rise Developers , Universities, Schools, Hospitals, MOD, Rail & local councils.
This role could well lead to a directorship within the company so excellent opportunities to progress. It is crucial that you are located as close to London as possible, my client will NOT consider applicants from too far outside the London catchment area.
The company are a leading specialist contractor for the Survey, Design, Supply and Installation of all forms of passive fire protection. The projects they have been involved in range from new build, refurbishment or upgrading project, or as part of the change of use of a property. Projects successfully completed include London Underground Stations, Royal Berkshire Hospital, Stansted Airport, Windsor Castle, Westfield Shopping Centre , Google Offices , Oxford University & The Shard. They are approved by the majority of material suppliers as specialist installers of their products.
