You will be selling the companies full range of high end Curtain Walling + Facade systems into the Specification arena. This product range is more standardised so the lead team is shorter. This role is very Project led & you will be selling via specification into a variety of customers such as Architects , Surveyors, Contractors & Local Authorities. All Projects you will be involved with are commercial and would range from Schools, Hospitals, Universities, and Student Accommodation to large commercial building such as Office Blocks & Leisure centres. The area you will have responsibility for is Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South & West Yorkshire so you need to live on patch.

They are extremely well established and have a very strong brand name. They see themselves as pioneers and specialists in architectural aluminium façade systems. Their range of products have been used to create purpose-designed façades for buildings in sectors as diverse as offices, airports, leisure, schools and higher education, healthcare and apartments.
My client is looking for someone who is used to a project led specification role and who is used to full cycle selling of a technical product. You need to be able to demonstrate experience following projects through to completion. Ideally you have will have sold a product linked to the building envelope but not essential. You need to be able to show that you are very organised and can effectively manage a CRM system. Ideally you will be on the progressive curve of your career and able to build relationships as well as hunt for new business.
