Due to my clients continued success they are looking to recruit a specification sales manager to sell their extensive range of Interior products through Specification clients such as Architects & Contractors. The extensive range of products can be used across a variety of commercial new build, refurb & fit out projects. 60% of your time will be at the front end winning specifications through Architects, which will also include conducting CPD’s . 40% of your time will then involve holding on too and in some cases breaking specs with Main & Sub Contractors. This is an established area that includes the North West across the M62 and up to the North East & Scotland, however you need to be based along the M62 and not too far North.

The range of products have unique selling points that has enabled the company to be at the forefront of their sector.
My client is looking for a strong specification led sales person from an Interiors products background. You need to be comfortable presenting to Architects as well as winning specifications. A technical mind would be an advantage but an enthusiastic approach to sales is crucial. You also need to demonstrate substance in full cycle selling. My client is looking for someone with energy, passion , drive and a high level of self motivation.
