About the Role
Due to ongoing expansion, our client is looking to recruit three Specification Sales Managers across the UK. These roles focus on promoting the company’s range of renewable solutions, including Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal, and Underfloor Heating Systems. Your target market will include New Build and Social Housing sectors, where you’ll be selling award-winning, top-quality products. These positions are a result of significant investment and expansion, with opportunities available in the South, Midlands, and North regions.

About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in the specification market, ideally within the new build sector. A background in the HVAC industry is essential, along with the drive and ambition to achieve long-term success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Circa £56,000 (negotiable)
• Quarterly Bonus: Realistic OTE of £68,000 – £75,000
