Stormwater Manager
Role
This is a newly created position designed to support the launch and growth of a new product range focused on Stormwater Attenuation Systems, including tanks and crates. As part of a strategic expansion into this market.
The primary focus will be on new business development, targeting major Civil Contractors and Groundwork Companies. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and establishing a solid customer base in this sector.
Key Responsibilities
- – Identify and develop new business opportunities within the civil engineering and construction sectors.
- – Build strong, long-term relationships with civil contractors, groundworkers, and key decision-makers.
- – Deliver tailored solutions for clients requiring stormwater attenuation systems.
- – Work closely with internal teams to align product development and customer needs.
- – Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the UK market.
- – Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Experience and Skills
- – Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the construction, civil engineering, or water management industries.
- – Experience working with or selling to civil contractors and groundworks businesses.
- – Knowledge of stormwater attenuation, drainage, or similar infrastructure solutions preferred.
- – Strong hunter mentality – driven by new business and capable of working autonomously.
