Due to expansion I have an exciting opportunity to work for a well established manufacturer that involves selling their extensive range of Water Management products. The route to market is very heavily specification initially winning specs through the likes of Architects, Local Authorities and High-rise developers, then protecting or breaking specifications via M&E/specialist sub-contractors. This product has a multitude of applications in Water Management and can also be used in a range of joint fittings. This product is predominantly used within high-rise housing projects, but you will also cross over into commercial/industrial projects e.g. hospitals, schools, care homes and manufacturing plants. This product offers huge USP’s such as exceptional fire ratings and reduced installation times. You will need to be very self motivated and be prepared to generate leads and opportunities yourself as well as respond to the excellent back up you will receive from within the company. My client is looking for a sales person with a strong commercial HVAC/P&H related background who can demonstrate success and strong experience in dealing with Specifications through M&E Consultants/Contractors alongside other specifiers. You need to have strong technical aptitude and possess a good level of drive and enthusiasm. If you enjoy hunting for business and have the ability to knock on doors and win new business then that also gives you a strong advantage. This is an exciting new role for the business and you must have the tenacity to get this brand off the ground.
