The TSM will specialise in specification-led sales, directing 100% of your efforts towards engaging with M&E Consultants like Arups, Hoare Lea, Cundall, and Reds. Additionally, collaborate with Design and Build contractors for a well-rounded approach. Lead the entire sales process, from the initial connection to successfully securing projects. After winning a project, smoothly transition it to capable Area Sales Managers (ASMs), responsible for interactions with M&E Contractors and Distributors. Area covered is London & the Home Counties.

My client is seeking an individual with a strong sales background, specifically targeting Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) consultants. We welcome applicants with technical expertise in areas such as commercial heating, plumbing, or any HVAC products. The key requirement for this role is the ability to open specifications successfully. We are open to candidates with a full-cycle sales background, especially if engagement with M&E consultants is a significant aspect of their experience. Please note that this role may involve frequent travel to London so need to living in the surrounding counties with easy travel access.
