This exciting but technically challenging role will be selling/specifying the company’s factory fabricated, pre-panelised framing solutions used in floor, wall, roof & balcony applications, which are assembled on site or off-site as a modern method of construction. The panels and components offer a level of tolerance, efficiency, speed of supply and accelerated build time that can’t be matched using traditional on-site techniques. In this role you will be working closely with Architects, Engineers & Main Contractors supporting with technical/design meetings at early stages of a project, gaining specifications via Developers, Housing Associations and their design teams. Finally, products are sold directly to approved Installers. Projects are typically commercial high-rise, but also used in residential & student accommodation etc. As Technical Sales Manager you will work closely with the wider team of Framing Sales Managers on relevant projects providing technical/design support at early stages of projects. You will also conduct CPD/technical presentations and conduct regular review meetings with approved installers. The area is M62 North including Scotland, however there is a big focus on the North West.

My client needs a real technical individual who has experience alongside Structural Engineers , Architects and Main Contractors. It will be a huge plus if this individual understands off-site manufacturing (modern methods of construction), you need to possess technical aptitude. This has a real emphasis on technnical/design experience.
