This crucial role for this leading supplier will see you selling the companies full range of Plumbing & Heating products, Plumbing Consumables & Accessories. They have an extensive range of products most with very unique features and with many selling points. The position is all targeting OEM’s this includes many Heating product manufacturers such as Boilers, Radiators, Cylinders & bathroom product companies too. They sell to many of the UK’s prominent manufacturers so there will be some technical involvement and require you to read Technical Drawings sometimes. This position is due to growth and as a result of the OEM division performing consistently well. The region you will have responsibility for runs from the Midlands up to the Scottish borders which as you can imagine has many established customers on the territory.
The company have been established for many years and were set up as an independent business, they have grown and developed into one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Plumbing & Heating products into OEM’s. They have consistently grown by sales performance as well as acquisitions. They have a very strong name within the sector.
My client is looking for a hungry, tenacious sales individual from a Plumbing & Heating background, ideally you will also have had experience selling to OEM’s but if not exposure to some form of specification or contracting process would be an advantage. This role wouldn’t be suitable for someone who has been heavily merchant focused. You need to be a bright, sharp, technically competent sales person.
