This exciting role will be selling this companies wide range of flat roofing systems – hot/cold liquid applied ,blue/green/brown roofs, warm roofs, inverted roofs plus more. This role will be selling both on newbuild & Refurb projects , managing them full cycle. Initially dealing with Architects, Main Contractors & Surveyors – supporting them with design/specification. Projects are then followed through via the specialist regional sub-contractors/roofing contractors. This area is very well established with many projects already ongoing but with great potential to develop further. You will work in conjunction with colleagues to co-ordinate on leads etc. The company provide superb lead generation via Glenigans/Barbour ABI to support you. The area is Kent, East & West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & South London.

My client is looking for a strong specification individual with a Roofing, Cladding or Insulation product background. Naturally flat roofing is advantageous, experience across both Newbuild & Refurb will help. You need to be a bright, engaging, quality construction sales professional who can demonstrate success in winning specifications and are familiar with Building Regs. As a sales individual you need to be driven, sharp and tenacious.
