You will be responsible for selling low temperature heating, hybrid heating systems, cooling solutions, trench heating and perimeter heating products. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent with M&E Consultants, Consultant Engineers & Architects; I.e Arups, Hilson Moran, Hoare Lea. The remaining 30% is targeting M&E Contractors such as NG Bailey, Skanska and Briggs. You will spend minimal time with the Merchants / Distributors. A large emphasis will be winning and gaining specification and protecting the spec’s, with lots of CPD’s and tracking the projects from start through to completion.
The region is Kent, East & West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and South London below the river. The patch is currently performing well at £1.2m.

You will have proven and existing relationships with Consultants across the region. My client will consider products such as fixings, ventilation, cooling, air conditioning, heating, piping, plumbing, renewables etc. You must be technically good to communicate with Consultants.
