Area Sales Manager – Commercial Heating

Location: Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Herts, West London
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 basic + £20,000 bonus (OTE £70,000+)
We are recruiting for a leading provider of commercial heating solutions, offering a range of high-performance boilers, water heaters, and low-carbon technologies.
This role involves selling commercial heating products, including boilers and air-source heat pumps, to M&E contractors and distributors. Covering a well-established territory with a £3M+ turnover, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and securing key projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, and high-rise commercial developments.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in plumbing & heating sales, ideally with experience in commercial heating.
- Knowledge of boilers or plant room would be preferred.
- Experience working with distributors (e.g., BSS, Wolseley, Smith Bros) or M&E contractors.
- Proven track record of sales success and business development.
