We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our external sales teams across Scotland, the North of England, and the Midlands. This is a senior role with responsibility for driving sales performance, supporting team development, and contributing to overall business strategy. The role sits on the Senior Management Team and reports directly to the Head of Sales.
You’ll need strong leadership skills, proven success in a sales role within the civils or construction industry, and the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team. Commercial acumen, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset are essential, along with the flexibility to travel across your region.
