Internal Sales Executive

Role

My client is seeking an Internal Salesperson to join a busy and successful branch based in Bury St Edmunds. This is a trade counter role, serving a loyal customer base of trade professionals—primarily installers. The successful candidate will provide product advice, process sales efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service. The branch offers a wide-ranging product mix including building materials, timber, insulation, plumbing & heating, kitchens, electrical, tools, and decorating supplies. working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, with over 15 staff members supporting one another to deliver top-quality service.

Person

The ideal candidate will have internal sales experience within a builders merchant, trade counter, or relevant retail environment. A background in plumbing & heating would be a bonus, but the client is open to a range of experience levels.  My Candidate is looking for a driven, energetic peoples person who can work well within a team.
