Area Sales Manager – Ceramic Tiles

Role

This position will be selling the companies full range of Tile products. These are Porcelain Tiles, Ceramic Tiles, Wall Tiles, Mosaic Tiles, Kitchen Work Tops and some Bathroom Furniture. The products are hugely aesthetic and sold on quality as well as visual appeal. In this role you will be selling 70% of your time into the specialist Tile Distributors and the company are looking to increase that %. Lots of existing Distributors already in place but huge potential to grow the stockist base. The other parts of your time will be made up of selling to Bathroom Showrooms and a small amount through Tiling Contractors.  The area has a healthy turnover but still has the potential to produce more area revenue. The territory you will have responsibility for is London & the South East – all of the Home Counties.

Person

My client is ideally looking for a quality sales person with very good knowledge of the tiles sector. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, this could be someone from Manufacturing or from a Distributor who may be keen to get into Manufacturing. I would also consider sales people who may have sold KBB products or perhaps Work Surfaces through KBB & Tile Distributors. The company are a quality business with a strong name and a very good reputation.
