Area Sales Manager – Commercial Heating Solutions
Territory: North Midlands to Scotland
An established and innovative manufacturer of heating systems is expanding its commercial division and looking to appoint an experienced Area Sales Manager. This key role will focus on driving sales of commercial boilers, hybrid solutions, and heat pumps across a well-defined territory spanning from Staffordshire up to Scotland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and agile business with a reputation for high-quality products and a supportive culture. The successful candidate will manage an existing client base (approx. £800k turnover) while also developing new relationships and maximising opportunities across the region.
You’ll be selling commercial heating systems primarily to M&E contractors, with routes to market via national and independent merchant/distributor partners.
This is a blended role of account management and business development, reporting into an experienced and supportive senior manager with a hands-on approach to leadership.
We’re looking for a driven, confident, and professional individual with experience in heating or associated sectors (e.g. pumps, controls, flues). Those from merchant backgrounds looking to transition into a field sales role are also welcome to apply.
Basic Salary: £50,000 flexible dependent on experience
OTE: £70,000+
Bonus Structure:
Start earning commission from 90% of target
