Area Sales Manager – Commercial Washrooms

Role

Due to growth, I have an excellent role for a leading manufacturer in the Commercial washrooms sector. You will be selling the complete range of Commercial washroom systems, which include Flushing Systems, Valves and Controls, used predominately in Hospitals, Hotels, Leisure Centres and school projects.  You will be heavily project focused targeting M&E Consultants to win specifications then following through the M&E Contractors to hold onto as well as break specifications. There will be some involvement back selling via the Commercial Merchants such as H&V Controls, F&P, UKPS & Wolseley Group.  The region you will have responsibility for is Lancashire, Cumbria, North Wales, Merseyside, Manchester, Cheshire & North Staffordshire. My client will even consider a strong individual based in west Yorkshire.

My client is seeking a commercial Heating / Plumbing sales person who can clearly demonstrate success in winning specifications with M&E Consultants and/or M&E Contractors. You need to be used to be working in a project focused role. You need to be structured, organised, driven and self motivated.
