Due to a pending retirement this exciting role on a well established territory for this leading Flooring Manufacturer has become available. Selling the company’s full range of Flooring products into independent Flooring retailers . This individual will be building relationships and selling at a regional level, often dealing directly with the business owners, looking to display products and increase product ranges throughout the stockist base. The area is performing very well, with plenty of existing accounts to manage, combined with the need to seek new business. You will be working with a strong team of 8 ASMs across the southern area. You will benefit from working with the retiring incumbent so you are ensured a strong handover. The territory you will have responsibility for is Hampshire, Wiltshire & Dorset.
The company have been established in excess of 40 years and have become known for manufacturing quality, luxurious Flooring products in the UK. They have a strong and stable sales team and have always invested heavily in training & developing staff across all functions.
My client is very open on the individuals background as long as they have sold externally and can demonstrate success in an external sales capacity. If you have had some experience selling any product through a stockist base that will give you an advantage. Whilst completely open on product background having flooring or an interiors background is helpful. We need someone hungry, driven, well organised and able to win but also develop business.
