Area Sales Manager – P&H Products
Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing manufacturer of heating and smart home systems.
Covering areas including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, and North London, you will:
- Sell a full range of products including thermostats, programmers, smart controls, heating controls, and accessories (valves, pumps).
- Build strong relationships with national and independent merchants (e.g., UKPS, Grahams, City Plumbing, PTS, HPS).
- Work with installers across your patch to create demand and back-sell via the merchant network.
- Occasionally engage with specification work for social housing projects.
- Take full responsibility for managing and growing your territory.
Package:
- Basic Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
- OTE: £60,000 – £65,000 (Bonus paid quarterly)

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience selling Plumbing & Heating (P&H) products.
- A strong background selling to merchants, installers, or within the social housing sector.
- Previous field sales (OTR) experience with the ability to work independently.
- A proactive, driven, and commercial mindset.
