Area Specification Manager x 2 – Tiles

Role

These two roles will be selling the company’s complete range of Wall and floor tiles which come in porcelain, ceramic, glass, metal, and natural stone finishes. These products are predominantly seen in commercial projects such as hotels, leisure centres, bars/restaurants, vehicle showrooms etc but occasionally some high-end residential projects. These roles will be selling via specification into Architects & Designers & Main Contractors then following projects through via specialist sub-contractors.  Both roles involve conducting CPD’s and supporting in the design stages of projects, liaising with key stakeholders throughout the project cycle. Both areas have very healthy specification banks and good levels of current & future projects. Territory 1 is South West & South Wales , Territory 2 is Scotland & Ireland but only twice a month will you have to go to Ireland.

Person

My client is looking for 2 strong A&D specification individuals who can hit the ground running with the customer base. You will ideally come from an interior product background and be able to demonstrate success in commercial specification. As a person you need to be motivated, polished, professional and able to win and hold onto specifications.
