This role will be selling the company’s market leading brand of Kitchens into the High Rise sector. This side of this well established manufacturer focusses on the high-rise market offering mid to high end space efficient Kitchen Furniture exclusively for this market. This role will be predominantly managing and nurturing existing relationships with key High-Rise developers & contractors, they have existing agreements with many prominent developers. This individual will regularly engage with site/project managers, buyers and senior managers within these accounts, building relationships, organizing site meetings, presenting quotes and designs to contractors post-tender, finalizing spec pre-tender and submitting relevant information to internal departments, who you will work closely with. The territory is very well established. The area has a large focus on London but includes Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire.

My client is looking for a sales person who can hit the ground running as this is a very senior and specialist position. Ideally you will have a kitchens background and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in dealing with Contractors/Developers – experience with the newbuild sector is advantageous.
