Area to be Covered: North East / North West / Yorkshire – (M62 Corridor)
Remuneration: £45,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped monthly commission circa £10,000 – £15,000

Ideal Candidate Profile
My client is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who meets the following criteria:
- Experience: Proven experience in selling to house builders or contractors like Barratt Homes, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Morgan Sindall, and Wates.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the specification route to market is a plus.
- Versatility: Experience in selling to both house builders and groundwork contractors is highly desirable.
- Industry Background: Preferably from a heavy building product background, dealing with products such as retaining wall systems, concrete blocks, hard landscaping, block paving, and architectural masonry.
- Role Flexibility: Open to candidates from house builders or those with on-site experience dealing with quantity surveyors, groundworkers, and contractors.
- Personal Attributes: A self-starter with high energy and a proactive approach to sales
