These products are used within high end Commercial & Residential projects including the High Rise sector. The products have strong technical benefits and provide solutions within any new build or refurbishment projects. You will be dealing with Architects & Main/Sub Contractors including both Mechanical & Envelope Contractors. Covering a well established area that stretches from the West Midlands up to and including Scotland you will be targeted with building business on an already successful region. You will be given support regarding leads and business development and it is crucial you win specifications at Contractor stage as well as building up a specification bank.

My client is looking for a driven, hungry, self motivated sales person from either a related product background or someone from the facade related sector. You need to be able to demonstrate a healthy technical aptitude combined with experience in winning specifications with Architects and Contractors. Ideally you will be based near the M62 / North West region as that gives you great access to the whole area. You need to be a good presenter, a good communicator and have the ability to explain the technical merits of the products to anyone involved in a project.
