    Business Development Manager x 2 – Sealing & Bonding products


    These excellent roles for a market leader will give you responsibility for selling the companies complete range of Sealing & Bonding products – these include expansion foams, joint sealants , grouts, construction adhesives & firestop seals. These products are utilized in a wide range of construction applications, including – flooring, tiling, civils, building envelope, Plumbing & Heating, Masonry, EWI & facades etc. Selling directly into specialist contractors/applicators across all of the above sectors, mainly in the residential sector, these include anyone from small one-man brands right up to large regional contractors. As BDM you will be establishing and building on existing relationships, providing training and selling directly to end-users. The BDM is expected to be flexible, one minute demonstrate commercial acumen from a trading perspective, the next being strategic in their approach with larger contractors. This team then work closely with the distribution team who work with the relevant stockists to interlink the sales process. Both roles have become available due to growth. Full training is provided. Area 1 is East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire, North London, Beds & Bucks. Area 2 is West & East Midlands, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire.
