This exciting, challenging and unique role will see the successful candidate having total responsibility for a National network of 15 established stockists that are exclusive to this leading Manufacturer. All of these dealers sell a varied range of Plumbing associated products through the trade. The stockists are small to medium size operations and are being increased on a regular basis , they are all actually part of the company through acquisition. You will have responsibility for the dealers performance, turnover, strategy, marketing, stock input and operational functions. The combined turnover of these dealers runs into the millions. The role is available due to growth. This is a very customer facing role but very strategic. A strong emphasis on operational experience is preferred by the client. You will be reporting directly to the MD and although this is a national role, a very high proportion of your time will be around the M25 / Southern Home Counties.

My client is looking for a strategically sharp, bright, forward thinking, commercially astute, operationally strong manager who can demonstrate success in multi site operations. A Regional or Area Director from a merchant, distributor or wholesaler would be perfect. Although this is a National role ideally you need to be based in the Southern Home Counties.
