    Key Account Manager, Housebuilders – Kitchens Manufacturer

    An excellent opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading manufacturer in the kitchen and interiors sector.

    This role focuses on developing and managing business with regional and national housebuilders across a South Central territory.

    You’ll be responsible for securing specifications, growing key accounts, and driving new business through regional office relationships. A strong customer base is already in place, with significant potential for further growth as part of a wider sales restructure.

    Projects typically involve mid-to-high-volume residential developments, working closely with buying and design teams to secure kitchen packages.

    You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team, supported by strong internal infrastructure and a well-regarded product range.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience in KBB, interiors, or specification-led construction products, though high-calibre candidates from broader construction backgrounds will also be considered.

    • Proven success managing developer accounts
    • Strong record of revenue growth and new business wins
    • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills
    • Relationship-builder at regional office level
    • Confident using CRM systems
