Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in social housing or new build markets? We’re working with a leading manufacturer in the heating and ventilation sector, seeking a Regional Business Manager to develop key relationships and grow market share across the South Central region.
The Opportunity:
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a regional strategy focused on increasing product specifications and sales across social housing providers and new build developers. This is a senior-level field sales role focused on long-term strategic growth, with full ownership of your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional revenue and profit through strategic business development.
Build strong partnerships with regional social landlords, new build developers, and key accounts.
Identify and convert specification opportunities across refurbishment and new build projects.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure pricing alignment and customer satisfaction.
Deliver CPD presentations and engage in solution-led selling.
Manage CRM pipeline effectively to support forecasting and performance analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in sales within social housing, merchant, wholesaler, or installer channels.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of routes to market.
Excellent relationship-building skills at a senior level.
Solid experience in project-based sales, particularly in specification-led environments.
High level of organisation, autonomy, and IT competency (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint).
A self-starter with a positive, customer-first attitude.
